This perfect 9K white gold heart necklace with a white gold trace chain attached to both sides of the heart and can be adjusted from 16.5 to 18.5 inches . The heart is stunning and featuring 20 individual brilliant cut diamonds , with a total stone carat weight of just over 0.1ct.

The necklace is presented in a high quality grey gift box hand-tied with a light-grey ribbon. The box is personalised with 75 charcters including spaces over 3 lines engraved onto a silver nameplate fixed to the lid of the box.
